brings you back to yourself. Learn how to handle, process, and understand your own emotions in a safe container. Take practical steps to create a self care ritual that’s achievable. Re-write your stories around what self-care looks & feels like. Develop trust with yourself through self-love practices that don't fall away in a few weeks.

this group container will support you through:

  • development of inner connection & self compassion
  • care of physical personal needs
  • taking up space as needed through voice, presence, and action
  • development of communion with the emotional body
  • cultivation of a genuine appreciation of the self
  • re-structuring of the mental environment (thoughts) to nourish the relationship you desire to achieve with yourself

This group includes:

One 1-2 hour live group session per week for 6 weeks on the following topics:
Week One: Cleansing and Intention Setting
Week Two: BTFAR & Self-Loving thought
Week Three: Womb & Yoni Care
Week Four: Emotional Intelligence
Week Five: Self Commitment
Week Six: Self Celebration

Guided journaling, meditation, somatic practices, and more as homework for integration of each weekly topic.

A group chat through Voxer for all participants to connect, support, & encourage each other throughout the process; Sophia will check in to answer Q’s & offer support as needed.

I'M SOPHIA.

I struggled with self love since my early teens / puberty. My relationship with myself included: embarrassment & disgust with my body, skin, and emotions; eating out of alignment and then feeling guilty, but struggling to implement healthy changes; choosing men and their desires over my own needs; relying on other people to make me feel loved, beautiful, or worthy; and more. I slowly began to evolve through spending more time alone, going through my Yoga Teacher Training, life coaching trainings, and feminine energy trainings. Then… I became a mother. I experienced post-partem depression and felt like I was absolutely drowning, and I was constantly prioritizing my child, my home, and my partner’s needs before my own. I felt like I reverted backwards times ten. I isolated, I stopped brushing my hair, I stopped washing my face, I stopped painting, and overall I rarely felt happy with my life. I became emotionally volatile & rageful, which was harming my relationships and the overall wellbeing of my family. Eventually I returned to my learned self care practices as an anchor through the chaotic waves of PPD & new motherhood. My self love journey continues to blossom now as I dedicate physical space and time to self care in the forms of: speaking up for myself, sacred braiding, reiki, nutrition, yoga, meditation, dance, divination, and more as a consistent and reliable container for myself to process, heal, express, and create. Now I’m energized to share the philosophy, understanding, and practices that have completely transformed my life from the depths of sorrow and self-abandonment into joy and self-adoration.
