brings you back to yourself. Learn how to handle, process, and understand your own emotions in a safe container. Take practical steps to create a self care ritual that’s achievable. Re-write your stories around what self-care looks & feels like. Develop trust with yourself through self-love practices that don't fall away in a few weeks.
this group container will support you through:
- development of inner connection & self compassion
- care of physical personal needs
- taking up space as needed through voice, presence, and action
- development of communion with the emotional body
- cultivation of a genuine appreciation of the self
- re-structuring of the mental environment (thoughts) to nourish the relationship you desire to achieve with yourself

One 1-2 hour live group session per week for 6 weeks on the following topics:
Week One: Cleansing and Intention Setting
Week Two: BTFAR & Self-Loving thought
Week Three: Womb & Yoni Care
Week Four: Emotional Intelligence
Week Five:Â Self Commitment
Week Six:Â Self Celebration
Guided journaling, meditation, somatic practices, and more as homework for integration of each weekly topic.
