1-on-1 Self Love & Care Coaching
This is a safe & intimate space in which we work to understand the current state of your self-relationship. Together we assess the stability of your self care and the integrity of your self-love, and work through any beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and habits that may be hindering your goals. We address these things through choice practices guided by Sophia. Some practices include: inner voice channeling, somatics (movement, breath, & sound), reiki, meditation, and more.
We meet once per week through a video call. You will receive guidance for integration over the week until our next meeting. This is not therapy, counselling, or treatment for any illness or disease.
Three weeks is the minimum to plant a seed within fertile ground; 6 weeks is recommended for deeper commitment & to ensure stable development; 12 weeks is ideal for a fully supported transformation of the self-relationship.
